TERMS OF SERVICE

By contracting me, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Payment Methods:• Paypal - USD and invoice only;
• For commissions from Brazil, payment can be made by other methods. More information will be provided by message;
• 100% after the sketch, or 50% after the first sketch and 50% when the art is finished;
• I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS (read the next page).

! IMPORTANT NOTE !

From the moment I announce that your artwork is finished (depending on what we agreed), you have up to one week to send me the payment. If it is not made within this period, no matter the reasons, I will contact you on the seventh day so that we can negotiate a solution for the value of the art that was not paid.

The options are:

  1. You will have one more week to get the amount due, HOWEVER, a fee of 10$ will be added per week.

  2. If the payment for the requested character design / artwork cannot be made after it's finished, you can choose to transfer to me the character that was drawn (if it's an original character) with ALL COPYRIGHTS. I can either keep the character for me or sell it to compensate the value of the art that was not paid;

Keep in mind that if payment is not made and I get no more responses from you, you are automatically giving up the rights to your character and transferring them to me.

The payment properly made excludes AUTOMATICALLY the possibilities above.

Art Process:• Being my customer, I will always allow you to be an active part of the whole process, being able to supervise the artwork in each of its steps. I will always send you screenshots and ask for your opinion, but I will not send you the final art until the full payment is done. You can ask me for screenshots/photos anytime;• Feel free to ask for alterations and corrections during the process, but once I finished the art, no one will be allowed to do it. You have the entire process since the initial sketch to ask for it, and that's why do not accept refunds.• Based on the items above, as my client you agree that from the receipt of the first sketch, you undertake to pay the full and agreed value of the artwork ordered, under the guarantee that you will receive the final product. And, since I as an artist use resources and time to produce the art, you agree that desistance - especially for dissatisfaction - is not a plausible reason for refund.• The time it will take me to finish an art can be from a week to a month depending on its complexity, so please, be patient. If there is a queue, it may took more time. When your turn comes, your commission will be done with love and carefully;• I'll let you know if something happens that delays the process, keep that in mind. In an emergency or if you want to receive priority over customers, an extra payment amount will be charged;

Art Rights:• When sharing the commissioned art or screenshots/photos, always credit me and tag me in the social media. You can find the links at "home" section;• Never remove my signature/watermark or claim my art as your creation. As the original artist, I still own the intellectual property of my artworks;• Since it's my art, I can and I will show it in my social media and portfolio, especially for sales and promote myself;• Regular commissions ARE NOT for commercial use. We can negotiate with specific terms for this purpose, with a different value.• Some commissions will be turned into timelapses and tutorials exclusively for my Patreon. Let me know if you don't agree with this.
